The stock wastegate actuator from Borg-Warner begins to leaks boost around 5-8psi. With this direct replacement you'll not have to worry about losing boost due to the weak designed actuator.This wastegate actuator is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for at, or slightly above factory boost levels. If assembled with the yellow colored spring (from ES1832543), which is rated to a base pressure of 10-15 PSI, will increase the boost output of the application to a degree that will exceed the ability of the stock fuel system to maintain the necessary supply of fuel. Because of this, we must recommend that a high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) upgrade be installed, and the necessary fuel pump specific software also be utilized prior to the installation of this actuator.This is not a complete bolt-on part, data logging and ECU adjustments are required. Although you can install at stock length and build boost sooner on a engine with a ECU upgrade.This actuator is suitable for the OEM KKK KO4 Turbocharger as found in:Audi S3, TT-S, Golf Edition 30 / Pirelli Edition, Golf R, Scirocco R and also the APR K04 kit (OEM turbo),AWE K04 kit (OEM turbo) and REVO upgrade (OEM Turbo).

Returns
Returns are accepted up to 60 days once shipped. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the product is received.
