    Fan taken from a used Whisperkool 4200 that was tested and working.  Motor was disassembled, inspected, cleaned, reassembled and tested again.  If it doesn't work you haven't diagnosed your problem correctly.
    Opening and repairing a Whisperkool 4200 is not for the faint of heart as they did not make them easy to service(rivets).  You will need to drill out rivets to disassemble and replace them with self tapping screws or rivets during reassembly.  Make sure you know what you are getting into.
