This is a beautifully made Russian Samovar Baltic Amber/Brass miniature souvenir.
It is brand new and in a wonderful condition.
Samovar is a sign of Russian identity. It is a device for boiling water and making tea. Initially water was heated by internal furnace, representing  high tube filled with charcoal. Later came other types of samovars - kerosene, electric, etc. At the present time almost universally superseded by electric kettles and teapots for the plates.
